Running & Women's Health
with Taryn Anderson
Taryn Anderson started her journey into all things Pelvic Health after having four children in quick succession.
This led her to pursue advanced qualifications, including a Masters in Continence and Pelvic Health, along with specific training in Women’s Health, Pessary Management, Birth Preparation, and strength & conditioning.
Outside of her professional commitments, Taryn thrives on the exhilaration of running, weightlifting, and touch rugby, all while keeping pace with her dynamic brood of children.
