Holistic management of endometriosis and the Matilda app
Joanna Morris is a pelvic health physiotherapist and the co-founder of Matilda Health, a digital care platform supporting people with endometriosis before and after surgery. She holds an undergraduate degree in physiotherapy and a postgraduate Master’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy, specialising in pelvic health. Jo has a special interest in the management of endometriosis and persistent pelvic pain, and is committed to co-designing care solutions in partnership with people who have lived experience. While she now focuses primarily on her work at Matilda, she continues to treat clinically once a fortnight at The Pelvic Health Clinic in Subiaco. Jo is passionate about integrated, trauma-aware, and evidence-based care that is accessible, multidisciplinary, and digitally delivered.
