Exercise Around Menopause
Michelle is a physiotherapist specialising in pelvic health at FitRight in Applecross and LifeCare Cockburn.
Her journey into pelvic health began when she started instructing postnatal Pilates classes in 2007. She realised she needed to know more about the postnatal women she was teaching, so she enrolled in the postgraduate program at Curtin University and hasn't looked back since!
She is a member of the APA, the APA Women's, Men's, and Children's Pelvic Health special interest group, the Continence Foundation of Australia, and the Continence Physiotherapy Network WA. She attends many courses and continuing education sessions offered through these groups.
